This Photographer Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into as of the date of signature below, by and between Remberto Febles, from Mai&R Photography and Videos ("Lead Photographer") and Mairelys Gallardo ("Photographer").
1. Event Details
The Photographer is being hired to perform services for an event scheduled as follows:
Event Date: June 21, 2025
Event Time: 2:30 PM to 8:30 PM (6 hours total)
Location: [Insert local location here]
2. Scope of Work
Photographer agrees to:
Arrive at the location no later than 2:15 PM fully prepared to begin work.
Photograph the event from 2:30 PM to 8:30 PM.
Capture a combination of candid, posed, and detail shots, as directed by the Lead Photographer.
Handle all equipment provided with care and professionalism.
Dress in professional attire suitable for the event environment.
Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and discretion throughout the job.
3. Compensation
The Lead Photographer shall pay the Photographer a flat fee of $700.00, plus $35.00 USD (Travel expenses) for the full 6-hour assignment. This payment will be made in full upon successful completion of the assignment and immediate handover of all raw photo files.
4. Equipment and File Delivery
The Lead Photographer will provide all necessary photography equipment unless otherwise agreed.
Photographer agrees to handle all gear responsibly and report any malfunction or issue.
All captured photo files must be delivered directly to the Lead Photographer immediately at the end of the assignment, along with the equipment provided. This can be done by handing over memory cards or transferring files on site.
Photographer agrees not to retain or use any of the footage without the Lead Photographer's permission.
5. Ownership of Work
All photographs captured by the Photographer under this Agreement shall be considered work made for hire and are the exclusive property of the Lead Photographer. The Photographer assigns all rights, titles, and interests in the images to the Lead Photographer.
6. Professional Conduct
Photographer shall:
Follow all instructions from the Lead Photographer.
Interact courteously with clients and guests.
Refrain from promoting their own services or brand during the job.
Maintain a neat and professional appearance.
7. Independent Contractor Status
Photographer is an independent contractor, not an employee. Photographer is responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and personal obligations.
8. Termination
If the Photographer fails to appear or does not fulfill the duties described, this Agreement will be considered breached, and payment may be forfeited.
9. Governing LawThis Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
